Tribu Partners founder Beth Gramigna has decades of experience conducting independent workplace investigations. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts as an authority on complex employment and labor issues during trial or arbitration.

Beth has presented at seminars and published articles on workplace investigation guiding principles and best practices, professional responsibility and ethics, and compliance for the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI), the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics, and the Association of Corporate Counsel. She has presented her insights around the U.S., as well as internationally in Sydney, Australia and Ontario, Canada.

Beth has regularly served as full-time faculty for the Institute for Workplace Investigators sponsored by AWI, a professional association that promotes and enhances the quality of workplace investigations. She also helped draft written examination questions for the ANSI-accredited workplace investigator test administered by AWI.
